As you can see Watch is minus small finger on sub dial,Bezel is hinged, with snap on rear cover,sorry about quality of images
That's a beauty! According to "Date your IWC":
"The movement is a Sav. calibre 76, dating from the year 1920.
The case was most probably produced resp. delivered around 1903."
It is very typical of the design of watches from the 1920's. My own passion (in addition to IWC) for many years was Illinois watches. Note the similarities in design and execution between your IWC and the Illinois watches formerly known as mine.
Are you considering having your watch restored to proper operating condition? I hope so. The world can always benefit from such beauty!

I'm pretty sure, the case No. doesn't start with a 3, but reads 8[u][/u]07572. At the time IWC cases were in the region of threehundredthousand they had so such watches in their portfolio.

Gave Watch a little tidy up, added strap looking the part now, as I said dial will remain as is.
Indeed a nice looking watch after your tidy up.
And Yes: The case No. is 307 572, but the case is no IWC, but of Stauffer itself (What from my point of view has no significant impact on the value).
The whole combo appears to be the mid 1920ies
