Information regarding unusual Logo on Vintage IWC. Redial or original?

Hello fellow enthusiasts,

Earlier this year I purchased a vintage IWC writstwatch.  Per the seller's photos the movement serial number appears to be 1582630 and the caseback serial number is 1622287, stainless case measures 34mm.

The seller indicated that the dial was refinished before he acquired the watch.  There appear to be Tritium dots adjacent to the hour markers that have deteriorated, and is consistent with other vintage pieces in my collection.  The dial seems to have a thick clear lacquer finish.  Unusual is the fact the the cursive text "International Watch Co." is appllied in two lines instead of the usual one line presentation.  This seemed slightly odd but I wanted this watch and purchased it.  

Was this potentially a variant of the logo that was used by IWC or was this likely done when the dial was refinished?  The watch, including the dial, is beautiful. It runs and keeps excellent time.  In general I am very happy with this pruchase.  

I've searched online and have not found any information.  If anyone has ever seen this or is has information please let me know.

I'm not an expert but I've never seen such a dial before. My wild guess is, that it's not an IWC dial that was repainted to look like an IWC dial. Is the rest of the watch IWC? Movement and case look like they could be at least.

You have a very nice IWC Cal 89 dating from  1961. 
The dial script is incorrect and was done like this at the time of refinishing.

I thought that the dial scipt was unusual but this watch really spoke to me.  I have no doubt that the case, movement and dial are all genuine IWC.
