Hallo IWC'ers. Wondering if anyone has experienced this phenomenon. My 3239
does not not seem to self wind adequately. I wind the watch, waer it overday
and after 4 or 5 days the watc( will stop during night. This was not always
    the case.
I wondered if my arm over day is too passive however i do not have this issue
    with other IWC automatics.
    Any considerations, experiences welcome,

    Jim

Hi. The watch had a Complete service in March. So i doubt that that is the
issue. Was wondering if there are other experiences with this situation.

    Hi Jim

I am sorry to hear that this happened, but we cannot speculate what is going
    on with your 3239.

It is still under warranty from it's March service, so please return it and it
    will be repaired.

Mark, if you go back to original mail i only asked about possible experiences
    with similar issues, not speculation.

With respect to the service, my dealer and IWC are dealing adequately with
    that.

    regards,

    Jim

    Hi Jim,

I have a similar problem with my BP PC Rodeo (IW503001). After about a month
or so, I noticed that it wasn't self-winding fully. Ultimately, over a 3 week
period, it would run out of power even if I wear it every day (the only time I
would take it off is for 6-7 hours when I go to sleep). I've taken it back to
the AD whe sent it to IWC and I've been told that there's no issues with it. I
haven't had these issues with any of the other IWC's I've had, including the
Portuguese Automatic which has the 7-day power reserve.

I'm hoping it'll get sorted but I won't hold my breath.

Good luck with resolving your issue and do keep me posted.

    taking a long term.

    Hi Jim,

I also have this on one of my 3227 Ingenieurs. I have two other 3227's that
    don't have it though.

    Kind regards,

    Clemens

    Hi Cinq,

Did they end up fixing it for you?

    Thanks

hahaha....well, I was told that I may not have been moving my arm enough
eventhough my arm was moving sufficiently enough for the 3 other IWC's I've
    had :)
