Okay. I had a little trouble thinking of a title to this post. Just doing a little lounging and relaxing with my Ingenieur. I needed to remove it from my wrist in order to even out the tan line on my wrist.

It's really just a remote coincidence - but you may see that I'm reading "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" which I found on the shelf in my hotel suite. Recently, I discovered "Steampunk" sculptures at a local museum back home and liken that concept to "Victorian era Techno Fantasy" which aligns well with this book. In the lobby of my hotel is a fantastic, mechanized "Steampunk" whale. This sculpture is mechanized and moves its jaw and tail - and reminds me of the way the Nautilus was observed from afar.

For lunch - a Wagyu beef topped with fresh lobster and sweet potato chips

Reading the book again gave me an interest and appreciation of "Steampunk" which I did not really understand fully...

Nice pictures. My 3227 accompanies me often on holiday, but not a sea level. : ). Enjoy your weekend.

    That's for sure, it's a CFI!

How I'd like to have one.

    Nice post, thanks!

Thank you for the report and pictures Richard. Instead of removing my watch to get an even tan, I can now 'prove' to my colleagues tomorrow that I did indeed get some tan during the holiday :-)

    Kind regards,

    Clemens
