This watch is a Caliber 83 which was produced from 1930 - 1947

According to the number in the caseback, it was made in 1941

If you give us the number on the movement, we can give a more accurate date.

    Is this a family heirloom?

May I add this? The type of bracelet on the watch is a type that can damage
the inside of the soft gold lugs. I recommend having a qualified watchmaker
(or knowledgeable carefull hobbyist) remove the band from the watch head. Of
course, if this is an heirloom piece that will not be worn, you may choose to
leave the band connected to the watch.

The serial number can be found just about where your thumb tip is in the last
photo. It will be a six- or seven-digit number stamped into the lower plate
between the balance wheel (with the screws on it) and the escape wheel bridge.

Hey, thanks for fast answer. You helped me a lot and yes it is family
heirloom. It was gift for my grandmother from her uncle. Then she gaves it to
my father. Unfortunetly i cant check now the serial number becouse im at
vacations. Do you know maybe what is the value of this watch also its a little
bit dirty and demaged (whole mechanism is working fine but you can see under
the glass that is dirty) so i want to restore it. Maybe you can tell me
    approximate price of that?
