Is my IWC too fast?

Hello Everyone,

this is my second attempt at this post, wish me luck. My PPC runs 12 seconds fast every 24 hours, no matter position I leave it at night. Should I have it regulated? I have had the watch since 23 Dec 2009 and it is wonderful. I suppose I could wait a few months, but thought I would get the opinion of this austere group.

About 5 seconds per day is what I would call the limit. A watch should be allowed some time to settle, but about all my watches tended to go faster after a certain time, so I would go and ask the AD.

I wonder whether every AD has equipment to regulate the watch, and the experience to do so without damaging the watch. I guess IWC has some quality criteria set on AD's before they can become an AD, and the ability to do this kind of repair in a decent way would be one of the criteria.

Pictures

You need a picture host, I use Photobucket. After getting a free account there you can upload pictures in an easy way. Then, there is link information attached to the pictures. By copying that in the Image URL field below you get the connection. Please preview your post first before sending it, the picture must be visible in preview, and then after sending it, it is visible to us all. Success: I could do it, so you can for sure!

The code you have to use from Photobucket is called 'Direct Link'.

If you paste that in the Image URL field, the picture will show at the top of your post.

Thank you Clemens. I tried all of the formats from photobucket but could not figure it out. Next time I'll try the direct link first.
