Is this an authentic IWC movement

Hi, as Stauffer & Co. purchased movements from IWC and other companies I want to know if this is an authentic IWC, its stamped S&Co under the crown and 'peerless' by the balance. Case is 18 solid gold.

It is possibly an authentic IWC, but not all S&Co are IWC.
Peerless os at least a good sign.
A picture could help.
Please don't ask again how to show pictures in the forum.
About any other thread contains a description how to do it,
look around a bit....
