    I checked @ all the vintage catalogues but did not find the exact model, maybe someone could help me out on that?

    Too little information is provided.
    The movement might be from the cal. 85 family( central second, automatic)
    We need movement number , casenumber and an image of the movement.
    Only than a 100 % identification can be made.

    Adrian is right, and you might want a watchmaker to take back off to get the numbers.

    But as a quick guess, your watch most likely from the 1950s. It is a style characteristic of that decade and automatics were not made earlier by IWC.
