    To be honest, I never saw a dial and hands like that on a cal 83. But I don't
    pretend that I saw all the cal 83 's, so could be OK, but maybe a redial.

    Movement looks great.

    Hi SSETIADI,

    the Dial is surely repainted. Also the hands dont match the color of the
    Indexes that is unusual. There are two possibilities: The hands are wrong, or
    the dial is redone using the wrong color (coating) the indexes. Also the
    hands have luming and the disl doesnt have it. Something is wrong in that
    combination.

    Anyhow it is a nice watch. Is it a screw bach?
