Has anyone else had problems trying to order items on the IWC website?
I tried to order a leather and nato strap via the IWC website.
I was allowed to select the items and place them in my "shopping cart" but
when I tried to checkout, the IWC icon just sits there and doesn't go any
further.
I've tried it on my phone, laptop and tablet (all different manufacturer's,
i.e Apple, Android).
I have purchased items in the past using the IWC CONCIERGE service. It is fast
and reliable.
Sometimes, when this happens on my Apple devices and using Safari, I switch my
browser to
Chrome. That might work. Your android device, however, was not Safari based.
Seems like a glitch. Mark F. advice might work.
I was finally able to purchase a nato strap for my Spitfire thru the website
after several attempts.
The strap arrived via FedEx this afternoon.
It looks and feels great.
I love a rubber and a nato option for all my watches.
