I am conscious that I have not originated many threads recently. I seem to have been very snowed under. However, today, I made an effort and got out my Canon and took some snaps.
First up is my Mark 11. I picked it up from my AD about a month ago. It has spent 5 or 6 months in Schaffhausen enjoying a service and refurb. The case still carries a few cockpit marks but the crystal was replaced. The previous crystal carried a scar that could not be polished out without affecting the integrity of the watch. It now keeps good time. The dial was obviously replaced in 1963 or 64. It was not replaced in Schaffhausen. I am rather pleased with the finished product.
