I had not pulled my 5001 from the safe for awhile. It's on my wrist for the next few days. How about you, what will be your weekend IWC companion?

Looks like the BPP. Got it back from service last week and the year was fixed. Back to 2011.

This has been on my wrist all week on a trip to Cape Town and Jo'burg. It's not the sort of watch that attracts attention. I landed earlier today and am about to go to the safe for my usual Friday night watch.

It's a mostly sunny day in Northern New England - so a nice touch of gray works. It's cold, but entering the "mud season" - so I had my Ardoise truck brought around for me - since I have to head to a lunch that requires several miles of frozen dirt and rough, muddy roads.

Classic UTC is most often on my wrist during the weekends, still on the Buffalo strap, soon the fantastic steel bracelet!
