Is there any one own a IW3537 GST Automatic Alarm?
Is there any Serial number stamp on the outside of the caseback?
Is all IWC early model don't have a outside case back serial no engraving?

Most IWC's have the Serial number engraving on both the inside & outside of the caseback.
On the IW3537 it was engraved by lazer, precise but not very deep.
Consequentially, particularly on titanium models, the serial number wore away over the first few years of wear.
