    Hi

I'm new here. Can anyone tell me the correct strap size for IW387802.

I spoke with two IWC dealers and had different answers, 20/18mm and 21/18mm. Please help.

    Shame on one of them!

If the dealer looks on page 222 of the 2013-14 Workbook, he'd learn that the strap is 21/18.

Thanks Michael, it looks like it's shame on Watches of Switzerland for the wrong answer.

And thanks Anders for the product code. Anders, can you tell me how you add a photo of your IWC to the bottom of your posts. I tried to add my beloved timepiece last night and failed miserably.

You go to the profile settings then to signature and there you fill in your bewished photolink by using the common photo link button ...

Thank you Anders, and thanks Christian for the advice. I managed to get my watch on there (with a little help from my IT guy) :-)
