Dear Forum,
I have A IW502802 ( big pilot le petit prince ) I bought A Swiss Kubik masterbox so I can program the rotations/day. Is there anyone who can tell me howmany rotations is recommended for this watch? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum and, wow, what a watch! I absolutely love that one, pictures would be welcome here. I also have a couple Swiss Kubik winders, although I no longer use them. I originally purchased my first one for my perpetual calendar which has almost the same base movement as your watch. The Pellaton winding system is quite efficient and I believe I found that 420 rotations per day (total rotations, bi-directional) kept the watch fully wound. That may even be more than needed, I may have experimented with as few as 360-380 total rotations per day, but it has been a while.
Thank you Ben. I go to try out some experiment. Greetings from Holland
This site lists rotation requirements for quite a few IWC movements:
orbita.com/2010_web/NEW/Database-I.htm
I did reference this site and noted it listed 800 rotations for my movement which I found to be way more than necessary. It is a good base reference, however, and does indicate which direction(s) the movement winds in which is also useful.
Dear Forum, Ben,
I programmed the Swiss Kubik on 360 turns a day. I noticed that this keeps my watch on schedule. So it keeps my power reserve steady. ( no winding or decrease ).

Dear Joop
Glad it is working out. Those winders are nice little units, small enough to put in a safe and the batteries really do last a very long time.
