IWC 3003 to 1832

Hi all experts, as per info, 3003 jumbo Ingenieur SL can be converted to 1832
back then. As it is a quartz movement which I am afraid of seeing it dead one
day, I am thinking to ask IWC whether it is possible to convert to 1832 now?
Do you think this conversion by IWC is possible now?

There are 2 versions of the case: A flatter one which can not be converted
(most of them) and it seems at the beginning there where some 3003 with the
case of the 1832, but inside the back-cover there should be a ref marking
3003.
