IWC 3719-28

I have an IWC Aquatimer, IW 3719-28 I think is the correct model number

The top right chrono button has literally just fallen off. My girlfriend was passing my watch to me and I noticed the button just ping off

I was wondering if any other owners had this problem before, and what was the outcome from IWC? Is this something that is covered under warranty or will I get the usual line trying to blame me?

What is the length of warranty? From memory I bought the watch when I was away on business a couple of years ago

As far as I understand and providing the watch was purchased with a valid guarantee card , IWC guarantee period is 2 years from date of purchase.

Yes, just dug out the card and warranty booklets. Will take it to my local AD and get them to send it back and see what they say
