    [i][u][b]I’m new to this so please help me out,
    I have an IWC watch with 630/1 movements, after I removed the stem the watch doesn’t work anymore !!! 

    Anyhelp would be really appreciate it .[/b][/u][/i]

    What do you mean “removed the stem”?

    what I meant is ,
    the watch was needed a battery so I changed the battery and my mom she was having problem with it she keep saying that the second hand keeps getting stuck on the minutes hand so I decided to take the movement out and look at the seconds hand that’s why I removed the crown (stem) and right after I removed it the watch stopped working till the moment and there’s no one around me knows how to fix this watch I went to 4 different repair shop it’s my mom watch and she loves it .

    This is is the only picture I have my friend this picture right after I put the crown back (stem) and still didn’t work !!

    When the crown is pulled to position 2, it will “hack” ie stop the running seconds. 
    Perhaps when you reinstalled the stem, you did not engage the mechanism properly, preventing the watch from running. 
    Try reinstalling it, but now you run the risk of further damage. 

    I suggest you you get the watch to an authorized IWC Service Centre.

    At this stage of proceedings you need to go to an official IWC repair center so that you can get the watch repaired correctly now and make your mother happy again.
