After purchasing this Aquatimer three years ago I decided to spice it up a bit. First I was planning to get the bracelet but the price was unfortunately absolutely absurd. So I bought a velcro strap and removed the end-caps and attached a brown leather nato strap. So what do you guys think? IMHO it is a kick-asser!!

Great job. I would try it with a black strap if I did it myself but if you like the brown, it turned out fantastic. How did you get the end-caps unscrewed? I understand they are stubborn.

I didn't unscrew the end-caps. That is a nato strap. So there are no traditional spring bars.
