IWC ca' 1930's

Just purhased this IWC ca' 1930's  with sector dial and unusual hands. Has anyone seen hands like this on IWC? Also are the hallmarks typical? Would love to hear from IWC cognoscenti...

The hands are for sure incorrect. 
I do not recognize the movement though could be Cal 76
