IWC cal 952 - 5 minutes repeater- Kelek ?

I would like to ask your help regarding this cal 952, which is a 5 minute repeater. The dial marked by Kelek. Do you know any connection between IWC and Kelek? Is it a rare model? I can not find it in IWC database. Thanks fro your help,

There is no cooperation between IWC and Kelek known. It appears Kelek bought IWC pocket watch movements, presumably raw movements, and put its repeater module on such movements. 

At about the same time IWC had IWC branded repeaters for sale. The module presumably came from Dubois-Depraz, but I'm not sure on that.

As the Cal. 952 had an Incabloc and was one of the last pocket watch movements on the market to go for IWC as supplier of the base movement was the obvious solution for Kelek.
