Just wanted to ask, how long did it take to get a catalogue ordered from the IWC site? It's been ca. five weeks now with nothing and the email address from which they sent the confirmation is not answering either.
Just place a new order?

As far as I know the new catalogue is not out yet, so if you get a catalogue it will be the one of the previous year, so then you are missing the new Portuguese and others, and you may see watches that are discontinued this year. Maybe IWC waits to send you the new catalogue.

Schaffhausen generally doesn't send them out now
Hi Pekka,
For distribution reasons, almsot all catalog requests are routed now to the "platform" where you reside --that is, to the distributor for your country, Depending on the country, the distributor sometimes routes the request to a local dealer.
Therefore, writing Schaffhausen on this usually doesn't get a reply, since their standard operating practice is to forward your e-mail. I suggest you contact a local dealer or the call the distributor for your country.

IWC catalogue orders?

I had the same problem, after ordering the catalogue twice online, and waiting for several months. I just went by the local store, and after explaining the story, got one there.
