IWC Grande Complication, Ref. 5480 1984

I hope someone can help me with information regarding the pocket watch mentioned above. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything on the internet. It seems like this timepiece is quite rare.

In addition I would like to know the current market value of the PW ref.5480 aswell as the one of the Pallweber Digital 1885... Hopefully someone out there knows the market and helps me :)
