Probably some of you used a guaranteed service and I wonder, how long it will take IWC to fix this problem(photo below) and give back my watch (I live in Switzerland most of the time)
Thanks and have a good day !

You should take it to an authorized service center. Did the stem come off when you tried to pull it out to set the time / date? If the stem was loose to start with, it may require the watchmaker to push the stem back into the movement and adjust the set lever - in which case it should not take long. Its best to have the IWC technicians look at it. They will help you out.
All the best

Thats exactly what happened !
Was kind of sad about it, because had to wear this piece only for 2 months
Don't worry, these are quirks of mechanical watches. I have had this happen to me on two occasions on non-IWC watches after they returned from routine service. The stem has just come loose that's all - its a very quick fix. IWC technicians are very helpful, so a trip to a service center should be very quick and fruitful.
Nr 6 on that dail looks odd? Positioned more to the left (7) of the centre line?
