It's an IWC Ingenieur Ladies from the 80s, with moonphase.
Could anyone provide me with more details? Ref. number, clockwork etc.

GraduateIt is Ref. 6757 and contains a quartz caliber Q/618. It was produced between 1985 - 1987.
