Can somebody tell me more about this watch?
I found out that this is a calibre 83
A vintage watch approximately from 1942 to 44
    Is it an original IWC?
    Thank you for your help
    Best regards Chris

    Hi Chris,

IWC has requested that this forum use English. I realize that can be difficult for some, but if you can please do so.

To date your watch, please Google "dateyourIWC". To find out more about the calibre (Uhrwerk) search this forum's prior posts (use the magnifying glass, upper right). To see the catalog it might be in, please Google "IWC Vintage Catalog Project".

    Good luck.

Chris --it looks completely original, and a very nice example too. Some might say it's a little small by today's tastes, but it's a classic watch.
