IWC Khanjar Crest (Quartz) - Can anyone identify this watch?

I recently inherited this watch and I cant find out what model it is. So far I have worked out due to the crest, that it was likely a watch built for the Oman market. However after lots of research online I cannot find another example of it. Can anyone here give
me any idea from the pictures?

The red stamp on the dial means that it was made for the sultanate of Oman.
