MasterEven if it's true IWC you never know where it comes from.
Anyway we're non-commercial here so it is not legitimate to discuss ebay offers here.
The seller claims that it's in excellent condition which is a lie if you look at the pics. I'd keep my hands off but hey, we're not discussing that here... -
