IWC Mark XVIII Tribute XI: Finally Here

Well after waiting 3 months, my IWC Mark XVIII Tribute XI finally arrived!

So far, I'm really enjoying it and it does look much better in-person than the press photos, especially the olive nato strap colour. I also own the Mark XVIII LPP and I'm glad to say that the two pieces look extremely different, and can happily co-exit happily in my collection. I did note that the lume on the Tribute is evenly applied which wasn't the case for LPP so thumbs up there.

Thanks for kind words! I am finding that on wrist, the Tribute wears smaller than my LPP. Put it on and forget it until I need the time :).

I visited the IWC Boutique on Friday to pick up my Pilot Chrono after it had returned from the Spa. I am very happy to have it back!!

But what was far more exciting, I was shown this piece, which immediately caused me to order one.

Congratulations and welcome to the forum! Two Marks already - you may be in trouble. Hard to fight the Uhren-virus and it seems you have been bitten! My wife has the LPP, absolutely gorgeous, and I am looking to add a special Mark of my own...

Came so close to picking up an AT but the Pelagos LHD won me over. And now my wife has made me swear no more watches for quite some time!

Have ordered my one at my local dealer at the beginning of july. At this time I mean it was a exclucive sale from Harrods for 3 months.

This week I have got a info from my local dealer that it will be possible that I must wait until Januar.

Very confused. :-(
