Hi, if someone could put me in the right direction it would be very much appreciated.
My father has recently passed away leaving me some watches along with some other items. There is a IWC mk 10, IWC mk11 and a IWC mk11 BOAC in the watches I have. I am going to have to sell the three watches as I am trying to gather some money together as I would like to have my fathers old car restored in memory of him. I have been advised that there was only 1000 mk10,s made and I'm aware that a BOAC recently sold on ebay for £6500 but as I'm not a regular seller I'm not in a position to put them on ebay due to my limit on price. So what I'm asking really is where would be the best place to get as much money as possible so that I could fulfil my promise to get the car restored. Thankyou in advance for any help and advice. Regards D Graham

    Dear Graham

as IWC keeps this forum strictly non-commercial I'm not sure IWC and the moderator want to read recommendations for commercial platforms here.

Please email me at th_koenig@mail.de and I can grant some advice on this topic.

There were 6,000 w.w.w., not only 1,000 and about 8,000 Mk. 11. BOAC Mk. 11 are quite rare birds.

    Regards

Thankyou for your help Thomas, I shall do that.
Tonny, I do apologise. I didn't know which way to turn as there are some unscrupulous characters out there which is why I thought it best to contact the experts . Please delete my post as I dont want to break any rules.
