just got my IWC ref 3513 portofino.
Per what i have found out, it should have cal 37521, but this one has cal 37621, which looks exactly same as cal 37521 pics i have seen on internet.
Is cal 37621 an existing cal. ? if so, is it the one should be in the IWC ref 3513 ?

    Please help me out.

    thanks

Hi, I don't know to be honest, but to be comfort you:
    1. chances are slim/impossible a 'wrong' calibre gets fitted in the wrong watch
    2. Looking at the numbers of the movement: it appears to be a logical evolution of the calibre (37521 becomes 37621), which we see in all product lines. Just look at the caliber's in the Portuguese Automatic for example (the old 5001 model), quite a lot of changes over-time, which is a good thing.

So I wouldn't worry at all.

    Kind regards,

    Bob

PS: posting pictures ALWAYS helps, but if you bought your watch at an AD you shouldn't worry anyway!
