Hello good people! I just wanted to know what you think about this Mark XV? Does it look legit, and do you like it?

That looks identical to mine, although I have the bracelet strap.

It's probably not a watch I will ever sell, as it brings back memories of the time I was working for SwissAir in Zurich, 2000/2001.

A beautifull piece! Is there a way to buy the original bracelet, and for how much?

    Hi there
Both, the pyramid bracelet (IWA05514) and the beads-of-rice bracelet (IWA05417) are very rare and not available from IWC anymore from what I know.
They normally don't sell for less than 800-1000 EUR if in good condition.
    Best,
    Stefan

    I'd never sell mine.

Honestly, I reckon the XV is the best every day Mark.

    - perfect size and thickness

    - proper Mark hands rather than Flieger hands

    - great date window placement because the movement actually fits the case

    - robust and easily serviceable movement which IWC actually worked on and modified

    - not so fragile or valuable as a vintage piece to worry about

For me- every other Mark falls short on one or other of these metrics. But of course I understand very well that individual opinions will vary!
