The movement number is clearly visible on the picture.

No... This is patent number...
Strange indeed. I can see what appears to be the number 1 where the movement
number would normally be - not sure why it is only the one digit.
Another possibility that this is a so called school watch. These watches were
used for the training of watchmakers.
The watch school of Solothurn used IWC calibers.
Often a movement number was not present on the ebauches.

Adrian pointed to the most probably usage of this movement.
I have an ebauche in collection, a cal. 67 and all parts for a working
movement.
Rare to find such a full set with hand written papers for the parts.
Could be interesting for some remaining vintage collectors on this forum ?!

I'm in doubt, whether this a school watch for several reasons. But as the
first pics shows the watch in a case: Could you, Petr, please provide a pic of
the dial. School watches showed the name of the school on the dial.
