    Hello everyone,

After one year, I sent my Chronograph for a complete services as my AD requested:
    - Suddenly the watch was running +14s fast a day
    - Since I bought it the 6 small second hand was stutering/flickering

After 4 weeks of complete servicing, I finally got back my Portugieser yesterday.
The Small second hand problem is now fixed but my watch is running SLOW -4s a day. I know that IWC specs don't accept a watch to run slow.

Should I wait the watch to break-in after a complete service as a new watch or should I visit my AD again right away ?

I'm really frustrated by this situation, and I would like my Portugieser to work just fine, within the specs...

Thank you for your help and feedbacks,

    Simon

Hi Simon, I am sorry to hear about your experience, the Portugieser chrono has a rock solid movement, so it should work without any trouble.
Give your AD a call and ask him what to do, maybe a wait to let the new oils do their job is enough, he will tell you.

Thank you very much for your reply and advice. I’ll call them and see what we can do about it... One year with it and lots of problems...

    Have a very good evening,

    Kind regards,
