IWC ref. 3273

Hi,

I have a hard time getting any information about my timepiece. Customer service confirmed that it's ref. 3273 and the case NR is 2162092. I also know that it was manufactured in 1980. However i have not find any description of these references, nor any similar piece...
Can anyone help me find out more about this timepiece?

Which customer service gave this number to you?
DATE YOUR IWC seems to indicate a Cal. 403
