    Hi all,

I purchased my first IWC last Fall -- a 2007 IWC Regulateur from a very reputable second hand dealer.  I love this watch, but I recently realized that it is losing about 20 - 30 seconds a day.  I have no service records for the watch.  Is this something a service can fix, or could it be something larger I should bring up to the dealer?

    Thanks!

Hello & Welcome!!!!! Not often seen but a great looking watch!

It's 1- years so like Ben said, due for a service and it will come back like new. Depending on the condition of the case, if OK, you may want to ask them not to poich, just service the movement.

Do a service and it'll be like new again. With full warranty!
    By the way: Beautiful watch!
    Congratulations and welcome.

Well, I would always try an anti magnetiser before thinking about a service.

Some month ago a friend, owner of the golden version, had a similar problem.

I put it on my magnetiser and that solved the problem.

So, if you are lucky, it could work.

    Just a try.

Welcome Houston77 to the forum and seems that "Houston - we have a problem" - but its hopefully a little one and easy to fix.
Heiko's advice is spot on and if that doesnt work, treat yourself (the watch) to a full service. Its normal after some time the watch needs to be sent for service.
