I sent in my Mark XII for service and received an email yesterday that the
estimate wss ready. I loggedin to today to review it and saw tha it was marked
as CANCELLED. That being said, I was able to download the estimate. What's
going on?!!
Anyone have any ideas?
I do not have access to the IWC automated online service system so I couldn't
tell you. If you are located in the USA (the only region I know of that
utilizes online automated service) I would recommend you call the IWC
concierge service at 1-800-432-9330 and ask them.
