Hi all,
Unfortunately my first post to this forum is bad news... I had my IWC
Timezoner bought in 2017, stolen from my wrist whilst in Cape Town - actually
the guy yanked it so hard I was left with bruises! Was very smart obviously
done it before as grabbed both my phone (was waiting for a Uber driver) and
wrist at same time.
Just wondering for any advice on what to do ?

I'm really sorry to hear of this very unfortunate event and the loss of your
Timezoner. I hope you have insurance.
The only thing to do is make a police report and submit this with the Serial
Number to IWC Concierge
and if the watch is ever sent in for service, it will be seized.
For now, watch out for internet sales

In which part part of the city did this happen?
It happend in Central Cape Town, Loop Street which unfortunately is reknowned
for pick pockets.
