Hi,
The lume fill in the hour hand of my IWC has broken away such that it touches the dial. I'm afraid I'm new to the IWC family, so was looking for forum members thoughts on what my next move should be?
It would be ideal if the original lume could be preserved somehow (see picture – it's intact albeit a little dislocated..), but otherwise what are people's experiences with replacement hands (presumably these would be the newer super luminova) and associated cost?
Is the dial marking likely to be permenant or something that can be removed/improved (it's not very visible under normal lighting)?
Many thanks,
