There is a major watch fair in New York open to the public next Saturday and Sunday, May 14 and 15. IWC will be there, along with many other major watch companies, and will show many of its newest and best models. I will be there too, helping out and talking watches with collectors and other visitors.

Next year I'm planning to go, but just to run the NY marathon...
I do not expect to have time to visit an AD while running (LOL).

There also are a series of WatchTime events from June through September in the US. Jefrf Kingston reports on the new products at Basel and SIHH, and IWC is a sponsor. People who attend are given a gift bag, which usually includes a few IWC items.
