Iwc yacht-club model help

Hello....
I am new to this forum and i will be very apreciate if someone could help me!
I m looking to buy a Yacht-club of 1970 but i also find a Yacht-club Beyer! Can anyone please tell me the differences of the two models or the history of Beyer model??

Hello Nichydra and welcome to the forum. The name "Beyer" was applied to the dial for the jeweler who sold the watch, likely Beyer Uhren & Juwelen in Zurich. This should be the only difference from a standard version of the same reference.
