    Dear Forum members,

I am a passionate watch collector in particular for vintage Omegas (active under the same name on omegaforums.net). Now I spotted my first IWC object of desire: The IWC Yacht Club no date from the end 60ies.

I found one from a seller which the seller claims to be in original and unpolished condition (see picture below). I have some doubts regarding the hour indices and the hour/minute hand. All examples I have seen have black hour indices and a hour/munute hand only partly covered by lume (see e.g. mansfinelife.com/2015/03/09/watch-collectors-notebook-iwcs-original-yacht-club-an-avant-garde-answer-to-the-datejust/ ).

Does anyone know if IWC issued a version with white hour markers and hour/minute hands? Or do you think it is repainted?

Thank you very much for your support.

    Best, Thomas

You mean a Franken put together from different parts? I attach more photos from the case:

I think I see what you mean - the bezel like rise on the case is missing on this one compared to e.g. that one:

Thanks! I will stay far away from this watch and look for a decent one...
