Congrats to the new owners who have picked their pieces up already. Am on the list for a IW371602; hopefully I get allocated one. The wait until Q3 is getting agonising. Lol. Looking forward to seeing it!

Just wondering, is the white lacquer dial a bit off-white in color? Either the white balance is off on my monitor, or there really is a hint of warmth in the dials. Thanks.

No, the dial is pure white. Really beautiful.

    Hi All,
Have had a 3706 inherited for years and enjoyed it immensely.  We just got an IWC boutique opened here in Vancouver (BC, Canada) a few month's back and the Jubilee Collection just came through.  I went to see the Portofino Chronograph in blue face as it captured my attention and was amazing in photos but as someone else mentioned, the white faces with the blue hands are just amazing in person.  Admittedly the blue face might have suffered from high expectations from marketing images.  In any case, I could not resist and it is now my first real luxury watch purchase, I added a deployant buckle to it.  I couldn't be happier, I smile every time I look at it!

    (excuse the rookie excitement)

I have alraedy shown those pictures in another thread but I think they also suit here.
I took the photos in full sunlight and the lacquered dial looks like a layer of blue glass.

Its a shame... and i am getting really worried now.

Placed the order at IWC boutique in Kuala Lumpur, and I am in Beijing now..
    - sales person who toke my order has left.
    - the second sales person who followed from that has left too..
    - dont know when is my watch comeing. and if ever.. the goodies i was told i could get.. will ever get pass to me..

First IWC boutique purchase experience.. and it all seems like and emotional roller coster ride!

now i kind of just wish i know when i can actually pick up my watch and plan the next trip out of KL...

Good luck buddy. Like I mentioned in one of my posts, most Jubilee models are sold out in North America at the boutiques. Some authorized dealers have a piece here and there. I heard the Jubilees are slow in coming out because of the lacquering process for the dials, so if they have your order, just be patient and fingers crossed!
