With no pun intended, just in case anyone finds, sees or has a 5001/09 Portuguese with case number 3236985, it was mine until it was stolen in a burglary a few years ago. The thieves left me with the watch's invoice and card only.
Perhaps IWC could think about a worldwide registry to help us with bad luck and desincentivize unscrupulous resellers.
