it is nice to be a part of such a prestigious and honorable group. I am late to the IWC family, I am looking to get this one “Correct” it is a caliber 83 ( stamped on the movement) manufactured in 1938 according to the movement serial number. After that, I am barely threading water.

I need to source the correct crown.
Since I am a new born I am looking for guidance to source these parts? What color would the hands be with this dial configuration. The existing hands were painted black. ☹️
Can someone share with the the correct style of hands that were meant to be matched up with this watch.
