It took a lot of energy and dedication to find it.
    Time to enjoy!

Congratulations! You must have a great sense of accomplishment now. The steel bracelet complements this model well too.

If I may ask, were you able to procure a brand new model or was this found second hand? I haven't seen one in Australia and think I've missed the boat down here.

    Anthony,

Here is a quote from Margaret Thatcher regarding achievements: “Look at a day when you are supremely satisfied at the end. It's not a day when you lounge around doing nothing; it's a day you've had everything to do and you've done it.”

I sent emails to all the official retailers around the world.
I got very few positive answers as the watch sold instantly once launched in November. I took the piece (brand new) which was available in Amsterdam Airport Duty free (you need some kind of luck sometimes). I ordered the bracelet separately as the LPP is sold with a leather strap.

I took the bet that the steel bracelet (the micro adjustment system is fabulous) would sublimate the whole.

The interesting thing is that the color of the dial vary depending of the intensity of the light.

There are still a few new models available in Hong Kong flagship boutiques.

Congratulations and well done on this nice combination with the steel bracelet. When I was in Schaffhausen on Thursday there was also one Le Petit Prince Makr XVII in the boutique available for sale.

Looks very nice/dressy with the bracelet- opposite to what I would expect.
Congrats on your new and beautiful IWC!

    Hi Anthony,
Hope you are well! I will be in New York mid April and check out the usual suspects to find out what I can about availability.
    Good luck for the hunt.

Congratulations! I found mine doing the same on a national level ;-)

I'm actually awaiting my steel bracelet! I love the very dark blue combination with the brown strap but think it will be a killer summer watch on a steel bracelet too!

    Hi Belazur,

Thanks for your reply. That quote is terrific.

I have emailed a few AD from locations where I would be travelling, but no positive responses so far.

I am surprised that there are a few models left in the Hong Kong flagship boutique as I emailed them last year and was informed they had sold out. When I travelled to HK in the new year, I visited the 1881 flagship boutique and they only had one which a customer had bought. Same thing at the HK Duty Free store too - there was one on display but it was not for sale. Maybe luck wasn't with me earlier this year.

I will keep looking for a brand new model though - and will heed your advice. I'm visiting Austria in August for my mate's wedding, so will now dutifully email all the stores I can find. Unfortunately, my previous effort via the Contact Us form on the website did not yield any successful leads.

    Cheers,
    A.

    Hi Mark,

I'm well thanks! Appreciate you looking out for me in NY; truly appreciated. Btw, went shopping on the w/end at Chadstone and there was a huge banner over the car park advertising one of your favourites. It looked great.

    Cheers,
    A.

I have had a chance to see the new Petit Price Chronograph in SS case.
The beautiful colour contrast between its blue face and brown Strap attracted me so much.

Does anyone have any information, or has already own one ?
