Two of my passions - IWC and vintage fountain pens.

I'll play.
One of my older watches.
Old? Please define old. Think my stuff is too young to play.
Hi Greg
Anything will qualify, maybe 1 day old ;-)
Or a current watch with something old.
I'm just looking for something fun.
How about this? The 1st album I ever bought. I was 13, way back in 1986. Still my favourite band, still my favourite album!
Cheers,
Jarrod
That's the spirit :-)
Now I'm aging myself! Tubular Bells, the first CD I ever bought, before embarking on the quest to replace the vinyl record collection with CDs!

Well, double old :-)
Older watches and things and older photos on the server.
Regards
HEBE
Good taste....this was one of my first vinyls and I still have it....
here's something old, besides me...
Something VERY old! ;-)
Hi Jarrod, you already bought that CD back in 1986? One of the very early ones I guess, but that was the time we switched from LP to CD.
I started my Metal career back in 1982 with AC/DC and right after that Iron Maiden where I bought Killers and The Number of the Beast.
Many years have passed since then and my taste in music widened up and changed a little bit too since then as did my taste in watches and many other things.
Still love these Maiden classics though.
Great combo: the Vintage AT with the Maiden album.
LOL! Nice Tilo.
Hey Tilo, no, you are right. This isn't THE album I bought. Back then it was cassette's. I bought SIT and Metallica's "Kill Em All" at the same time. Both on cassette. How old are we??!!! I basically grew up on early Maiden/AC/DC/Metallica. Still love it.
Cheers,
Jarrod

I guess I'm a little older than you, at least I look like so. ;-)
Metallica wasn't too much my cup of tea then but not to forget Aerosmith and last but not least Guns'n'Roses. But before it gets a hard rock / heavy metal forum here we can state that most of us are kind of vintage too - like our taste and habits. ;-)
Tow of my oldest, both of which are worn exclusively by my wife. I haven't had the opportunity to wear either for years. Love the script on these.
This still ticks but i dont wear it anymore.....It is the Isaac Wandering Constantly model. Rarely seen. LOL

You are a lucky man Bill, your wife has excellent taste :-)
Very cool thread Mark!
Here are two old things - my wrist and my AT 816 - both from 1969!

Tilo and Jarrod - we'll have lots to talk about in Geneva. You know how old I am - 1969 means that not only did I see Maiden live on the Somewhere in Time Tour I also caught KISS live in 1984 and my first "real" cassette was KISS - Dynasty in 1980 :-)
Here you see different types of old. First, the game of go is about 4000 years old, originating from China. Then, the problem (black to play and live) is at least as old as IWC, coming out of the Hatsuyoron, a very famous collection of problems from the golden era of go in Japan. Then, my board, stones and bowls are more than 20 years old. Finally, my watches are from 2008 and 2009, but they pay tribute to a watch that is even older than I am.
The next few days are devoted to leisure for the most of us, why not giving the problem a shot?
Kind regards,
Paul
