Saw this at an antique store..
Any comments? Didn't buy it so I don't have any other pictures.
I did a little internet research but couldn't find nothing similar to this model with IWC logo detached from Schaffhausen this way.

It's a fake. And on top of that, it's a really bad fake. I don't mean to bash you here, but you could have found that within less than a minute of Google search. Please visit an authorized dealer so you can touch and feel genuine IWC watches. You will notice the difference and will enjoy seeing nicely made watches instead of this..ahum...trash. Be happy you didn't buy it.
