Looking for help to find an original face and hands

Does anyone know of a place to look to find an original face and hands like this? Mark XI, MoD, 1948 to mid 1950s.

Try it on ebay or a mil watch forum. Schaffhausen doesn't have old dials and hands. But prepared the prices asked (and paid) are ridiculous high.
