Looking for Model, Year and market worth

I am currently looking for some information about this watch. My wife and me
are planing to give as a gift to our son, he loves IWC vintage watches, now
his 18th birthday is coming and we have found the opportunity with this watch,
but we are not really familiar with this model, year, if it is original or
not, so I would like to ask for some help from your knowledge,
